A kitchen, a van, and a short list of rules.
Back in 2016, Marco and Romana started crafting clean, functional meals out of a small Chattanooga kitchen — first for pro athletes, UFC fighters, and friends who just wanted to feel their best. The rules were simple from day one: no seed oils, no gums or fillers, nothing they wouldn't feed their own families.
Demand grew. One meal turned into thousands, and what began in that single kitchen became a movement — now cooked in our own kitchens in Nashville and Chattanooga and delivered to thousands across Middle Tennessee. Still made by hand, still by the rules.
