How It Began

We didn’t set out to build a food company — we set out to fix our own lifestyle.

Back in 2016, Marco and Romana were crafting clean, functional meals for pro athletes, UFC fighters, and friends who wanted to feel their best. Demand grew, one meal turned into thousands, and what started in a small Chattanooga kitchen became a movement that now serves thousands across Middle Tennessee.

Vibrant Meals was born from one belief: better health starts with better food — real ingredients, real cooking, no shortcuts.

Each week, we partner with Church of the City and other trusted nonprofits to provide ready-to-eat meals to widows, foster families, and households in crisis. Because of our customers, we donate thousands of meals every month to families who otherwise go without.
