For years, making healthy meals for my family went a little something like this:
Spend countless hours scouring the internet for “low-carb, gluten-free, low-sugar recipes”, only to go to three different grocery stores — spending way too much money — looking for that perfect mayo substitute.
Get home and start cooking what should be a healthy, delicious dinner.
Two hours later:
The kitchen is a mess and my family is chomping at the bit for dinner to be ready; when I finally sit down with a nice glass of wine to enjoy the fruits of my labor, the food tastes like cardboard and my husband suggests: “Honey, why don’t we just order some pizza?”
Sound at all familiar?
If you’re like my family or countless others, it's a struggle to maintain balance between healthy eating habits and the convenience of pizza or takeout.
I’m glad to say Eat Well Nashville can help!
When I joined the Eat Well Team, I was introduced to a new concept: a world without grocery shopping, cooking dinner, or meal planning, and — most importantly — a world without doing dishes.
Sounds too good to be true, right?
Here at Eat Well Nashville, we believe it doesn’t need to be hard to make healthier choices. In fact, all you really need is internet access, a refrigerator, and a microwave (utensils, while recommended, are optional).
We’ll handle the rest.
We’re a Nashville-based fresh meal delivery service that brings delicious, healthier, restaurant-quality meals right to your door. Starting at just $7, meals are always fresh, never frozen, and taste great for up to five days in the refrigerator.
Here’s how it works:
Step One: Review our menu items and select the type and quantity of individual meals you’d like. Order for this week, or up to 30 days in advance.
Step Two: Meals are prepared, packaged, and delivered to your doorstep twice per week.
Step Three: Take meal(s) out of refrigerator, heat each for 2-3 minutes in microwave, and enjoy!
That’s it — no mess, no stress!
Order at least 5 meals, and we’ll even waive the delivery fee.
Let Eat Well Nashville do the prepping, cooking, and cleaning so you can spend your time doing what you want to do — even if it’s just knocking out item #4981 on your gigantic to-do list.
You won’t sacrifice quality or nutrition for your family’s meals — or break the bank!
My family is now an #EatWellFamily. Is yours?
