3 Nashville Gyms To Help You Crush Your Fitness Goals

The second month of 2017 is fast approaching, and you’ve committed to creating the best version of yourself: a healthier, happier you. Now that we’ve helped you eliminate your meal prep time with our fresh and healthy meals delivered to your door (along with our new customizable menu!), you’ve got some extra time on your hands. So... What’s next?
As Elle Woods once said, “Exercise gives you endorphins, and endorphins make you happy.” Whether you’ve spent time crushing weights at the gym, pushing your body to its limits during yoga, or seeing just how far you can go during a morning run, there’s one thing we can all agree on: exercise, no matter how tough, makes us feel great.
The second step to a healthy, happier you? Find a workout routine that you love! For me, I found my routine in the last place I expected: fitness classes/group workouts. And before you completely rule out a group workout, hear me out: I get it! Fitness classes can seem daunting. I had the same thoughts most people do: “I’m not in shape enough for a group class! I’ll go when I’m more in shape”.
PSA: Getting “more in shape” is literally what a fitness class is for! Fitness classes are made up of people at various stages of their fitness journeys.
If you’re ready to get in shape and crush your health goals this year, we’ve got the inside scoop on a few of Nashville’s hottest workout studios. Each studio has an incredible team, a state-of-the-art facility, and a workout that will prove to be intense, rewarding, and leave you craving more.

Barre3: http://barre3.com/

Why I Love It: What is the one thing all fitness goals have in common? You MUST strengthen your balance and core to be successful! Barre3, simply put, starts with balance and core strength. During class you will move through isometric holds, small range movements, and large dynamic movements. Pro Tip: Make sure you dress in yoga-like attire that you will be comfortable in a variety of poses!
Barry’s Bootcamp: http://www.barrysbootcamp.com/

Pro Tip: Looking for less cardio? Book a “Double Floor” spot! Instead of splitting your time between strength and cardio, you will only strength train!
