Credits and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a meal for any reason, please contact our customer service team at help@myvibrantmeals.com. You must report your issues within 5 days of your order being delivered. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery. Vibrant Meals may require the return or photo documentation of the item(s) that you are not satisfied with before we make a credit or refund. All gift card sales are final.
