Like 12th & Porter's "Pasta YaYa"

Any old school Nashvillians here: this reminded me of 12th & Porter's "Pasta YaYa" - the chicken sausage is plumper than their old duck sausage was but the spicy creamy sauce tastes similar.

I appreciate that this is gluten-free and pork-free as well!
