Overall really good, great amount of protein with balanced out carbs and fats. It’s semi sweet which I love because it’s not overpowering. Love the pumpkin seeds . A mix of colors is nice.
I cut the chicken bitesize, pour on the dressing, and toss this to enjoy as a cold salad. Love the combination of flavors and textures.
