So filling and high protein!

I was so excited when I saw this added because I love a Cobb salad. It’s full of protein, tasty, and fresh! My only recommendation would be cutting the boiled eggs into triangles instead of super flat discs.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and insight!

With modifications

I am enjoying this dish, with a couple home modifications. I remove the bacon, since it's not crispy. I also mix the dressing in a bowl with some Greek Vinaigrette, to expand the amount of dressing and improve the texture. As-is, it's thick like sour cream, but it's a tasty base to work from.

The dish, as a whole, is satisfying and tasty. I will continue to order.
