OH my gosh, this is amazing. I could eat this every day. Please never stop making it! The oatmeal is not too hard, not too soft. It’s like a lovely little oat “cake” with a berry compote. Love love love
This was a different consistency than I was expecting - less runny / more firm - but it was quite good and not too sweet(as some chia puddings I have tried have been). The smashed (and whole) fruits added a fun addition and some vitamin c to the mix.
I would love to have this recipe because I would make it for the whole week. I can eat it right out of the fridge and it is so filling. I am sensitive to what I can stomach in the mornings and this smells and tastes great!
