The meatballs are good and generally have a good flavor if very mild. The kale was cooked just right, still a little texture to it. Kudos to the cauli rice, which is a little wet from most meal services. This had a dry (not in a bad way, but like rice, not mush) texture that I liked. As with most items, I just found there is not quite enough sauce, and it is not seasoned quite enough. it is red curry, so it should have some bold flavors! I will order it again but hoping for kicking it up a notch pretty please?
