Buffalo Chicken Loaded Sweet Potato
I really liked the combo. The chicken was mild and didn’t have a strong Buffalo flavor-which was fine with me. The ranch bridged the flavors and brought them all together. I liked the crunch from the cabbage topping also. I ate half for lunch and saved the other for another lunch.
I can't exactly put my finger on it but this was one of my least favorite meals I have purchased. The ingredients in the dish just didn't mesh together. I thought the cabbage was a unique choice as a toper. Not as cohesive and yummy as some of the other recipes that use the buffalo chicken.
